I Heart Tiger Woods

Bloggy blog blog bloggerson.

I'm pretty tired but felt compelled to share some updates so I'll keep the narrative short, throw some pretty pictures at ya, and turn in for the night.

The first half of this week has been pretty normal. Mommy and daddy seem to be working weird hours and the house is a MESS but I still get all of their attention so what does it matter to me? I decided this week that I am a Spongebob Squarepants fanatic. I used to be like daddy and think that yellow squeaky voiced guy with sharp edged trousers was pretty immature, but what can I say? I'm hooked! Every morning mommy and I watch Mr. Squarepants before work and it tickles my funnybone.

Tonight we drove to Everett to celebrate Grandpa's (KC) birthday. He turned 47 today, and by my calculations, that makes him 241.7887 times older than my 71 days of life. Can you say ANCIENT?! We went to this place called Giorgio's which everyone says is really good. I know we went there once when I was about a month old, and if my sense of smell is right, at least 5-6 times while I resided in mommy's uterus (I call it "the Ute").

Daddy got his birthday gifted Wii this week so we got to play that a bit. I really enjoy watching daddy play, but I'm a little worried about mommy. She's not bad, but her learning curve seems a little slow and she gets really mad at daddy when he triumph's in victory (over and over and over). We'll have to see how that works out.

We didn't end up getting much snow up here this week, so I didn't get the snow day that mommy said we were hoping for, but I'm sure I'll get plenty someday. It is really windy right now though, so I should get to bed before we blow away.

In my next entry, I will be discussing Tiger's early season dominance, and the significance of his chances to win Golf's Grand Slam.

Goodnight everyone!

Chillin' with my Grammy (Vicki) and my cousin. Don't ask me which one...

I'm soooooo Street!

Harry Potter and the Gibblestones of Gobbeldy-Goo.

Dear Mr. Blog,

I'm sorry that I haven't written to you in almost three days. I have no excuses, but hopefully the tales from my weekend will help us mend our differences.

I knew something was going to be different about the weekend pretty early, because mommy woke up with me on Friday morning, but after she changed and fed me, I ended up back in bed with daddy. Now, don't get me wrong - I LOVE daddy and all, but he doesn't quite have my routines down just yet. Once daddy was all showered, he took me to school and he sang the ENTIRE car ride. I think he thinks he sounds good or something.

After school, mommy picked me up and off we went. Little did I know, we ended up at Grandpa and Grandma's (KC and Lynnette) house in Everett. I was excited to be there, however as soon as we got there, I found out I had to get right back in the car so the large people could have dinner.

I don't want to get back in the car!!

Dancing Baby!

Daddy said he was gonna take me golfing Saturday morning but it was too cold outside so I woke up early and helped myself to some cartoons. After awhile, all the grown-ups joined me.

I love Saturday Morning Cartoons!

More cartoons with Grandma and Grandpa

I came home Saturday afternoon and really felt that I needed a shower and a nap. Mommy and I tootled around the house for awhile while daddy helped Uncle Josh get ready to paint Great-Grandma's house. Auntie Jessica brought my cousins over and attempted to make us watch Harry Potter 97, but I didn't like the idea much so I threw what is being called one of my biggest fits to date. In reality, I was having some teething pains, but I want mommy to KNOW that I think Harry Potter is goofy. I mean, they were good for awhile, but this whole College Age Harry Potter thing is getting odd. I mean, what will it take for people to realize how bad they are? Harry Potter: Frathouse Follies?

Ahhhhh - Shower Time!

MR BEAR!
This morning, mommy told me that daddy called and said it was snowing at Great-Grandma's house so we got my snowsuit on and went over there, but there wasn't enough to play in. I got to distract Mimi (Lesli) for awhile while daddy and Uncle Josh painted. Daddy had paint all over his face and was kinda funny looking. I mean, more than normal.

Just wastin' the day away

Welp, as evidenced by the picture below, it's about time for me to get my nap on while mommy, Auntie Jess and Uncle Josh watch Harry Potter 146. I hear Grammy (Vicki) might be coming up for dinner so I gotta get ready. Godspeed.

Mommy likes Oprah, Daddy likes Churros (or vice versa)

Hi everybody! I guess it's about time to fill you in on the last couple of days. Nothing real eventful has taken place, but I'm sure it's read-worthy (is that a word?) anyways. Yesterday was real straightforward. As per my usual routine, daddy went to work before I woke up, so I got extra cuddle times with mommy before she took me to school. School was ok, but I'm starting to get upset that the bigger kids get to do art projects and they won't let me participate! After lots of mid-day visits from mommy, daddy, mimi Lesli and others, daddy finally picked me up and we got our bonding time. I tried REALLY hard to convince daddy that I was hungry and that we should sneak some snacks before mommy got home, so he mixed up some of that formula stuff. It smells funny, but I slept most of the rest of the night, so maybe there is something to it.

SO Tough with my puppy dog hoodie!

Today was much the same, but somewhat more adventurous. Once mommy got home, I got packed into my racecar seat (that's what they tell me it is anyways, I don't believe it one bit) and off we went. First we stopped at Auntie Ashlee's house to see Auntie Jessica and my cousins. I'm not really sure how this whole auntie and uncle thing works, but they seem to come out of the woodwork everywhere I go. It was fun to see Eden and Emma, especially now that I'm scientifically proven to be larger than both of them, even though they are almost double my age! After that, it was back in the car for my adventuring. It seems that more and more these days I spend a lot of time in the car, and frankly the view could be spiced up a bit!

(From Left): In the car and my view in the car

We ended up at the mall looking for a jacket for mommy, but with mimimal success. I was quite the sport for much of the trip if I do say so myself, but I think mommy and daddy knew that if they didn't get home soon, they might see this face:

Seriously?!

Anywhooo, my computer chair really isn't the most ergonomically correct, so I'm gonna have to call it a night. As always, help control the pet population; have your pet spayed or neutered.

Wanted: 1 Sugar Mama

So, it occurred to me today that I probably need to get into the dating game before life passes me by. The problem is that I'm pretty dang picky. There are a couple girls at school that are pretty cute (heeey Reese...heeeey Zoe) and mommy is trying to hook me up with some girl that she knows, but I have been doing some searching of my own and came up with:

Future Mother-in-law and Wife

I mean, who are we kidding? She's gorgeous and LOADED. Plus Brad Pitt seems like a pretty good guy. So for all you romantics out there, you better Save the Date now. May 21st, 2030 will be the day that I marry Shiloh Jolie-Pitt!
In other news, I had my 2 month check-up with Dr. Bischoff today. I ASSUMED I was going to follow-up on my cold, as well as to have my mouth pains checked (I keep hearing the word teething), but I ended up getting the biggest needle you've ever seen jammed into my leg THREE TIMES! Needless to say, I was pretty upset at mommy and daddy for tricking me, but I'm over it now and plan to sleep it off. On the bright side, I hear that I am in the 95th percentile for my height and the 75th percentile for my weight! When daddy heard this, he entered me into the NBA Draft Class of 2025!

Mommy and I have been sick

The last few days have been an awful lot of being sick, napping with mommy, and watching tv with daddy. I'm getting tired of this writer's strike, but am making due with shows like "the Biggest Loser" and "Friday Night Lights". I'm also really excited to see if Uncle Tom can finish the Patriots perfect season in the Super Bowl.
Well, I should probably go cuddle with mommy before I put my cranky pants on. I love and miss you all!

Watching TV

Parents Note:
Cohen has begun referring to Tom Brady of the New England Patriots as "Uncle Tom". We don't know where this came from, but assure you there is no relation that we know of. Perhaps he recognizes the boyish good lucks or the incredible talent of this man as his own. Either way - what a kid!

Welcome to my Blog

Now that I'm 2 months old, I figured I should do something with my time, and considering my literary prowess, ( I beat mommy and daddy at Jeopardy often) a blog seemed appropriate.

This will be a place for my fans to see pictures of me, read recaps of my recent adventures, and perhaps even hear my rants on current events.

I assume that most of my readers at this point know me pretty well, so I won't bore you with the usual things that mommy and daddy tell people. I apologize now to each of you for having to hear repeatedly that I am the cutest/best baby in the world, or the constant updates on my weight gains. Frankly, it's embarassing.

This past week brought my first cold, and with it came my dislike of that green thing mommy puts in my nose to steal my boogers. I've had a pretty rough cough and a hard time sleeping, but mommy and daddy say I am getting better now, and I feel happier, so I guess it's true. Spending time with mommy 24-7 has been great, but I'm starting to miss my friends at school and think going back tomorrow will be fun.

I have plenty more adventures to share, but daddy wants me to come watch the last few minutes of the Packers-Giants game on our ridiculously large TV. Daddy doesn't seem to care who wins and keeps rambling about it "being such a good game", but I know that Papa Lance is one of those Cheesehead guys, so go Pack!

Stay Tuned, and Stay Classy San Diego.
